Job Description: Omni Bladder Management System Independent Sales Representative (1099 Position)
This position represents Omni Medical Systems within an assigned territory with the goal of maximizing sales and positioning Omni as the leading company in bladder management. The System was initially developed for the US military fighter pilots and was spiral developed to meet the needs of American Veterans who suffer from incontinence. The commission based independent representative must assume the responsibility for achieving sales goals by implementing sales strategies aimed at effectively selling and promoting Omni's Bladder Management System to VA Medical Centers and outlying clinics.

Please note this opportunity is not a salaried position, but an independently contracted 100% commission based role. A great opportunity for a professional Independent Sales Representative with a demonstrated track record to generate an income from a generous commission plan while making their mark in the exciting and growing medical device.

Key Success Factors: Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills
  • A minimum of 2 years of medical sales experience.
  • Proven leadership and decision-making ability.
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to evaluate options and make decisions on your own with minimal supervision.
  • An aptitude for learning and the ability to communicate technical and scientific product and disease management information.
  • Must have a proven track record of winning sales results.
  • VAMC Sales and process experience is a plus.
